Alan Sutton, owner of Alan Sutton Jewelry in Goldsboro, North Carolina began his career in the jewelry industry at the tender age of 15, working as a jewelry apprentice.  Not many people know when they are so young, just exactly what their career-calling will be, but for Alan, his passion for the jewelry industry and desire to help customers create memorable experiences was an instinct he couldn’t deny.

Alan, a Diamond Graduate of the Gemological Institute of America, founded Alan Sutton Jewelry back in 2001.  Since then, he has been laser-focused on offering top-notch customer service and fine quality jewelry at the lowest prices possible to his large clientele.

The Preferred Warranty fully guarantees workmanship and materials on customer purchases. If service is required, the customer would simply go to a Preferred Jeweler and it will be repaired and serviced at no charge. The Lifetime Nationwide Warranty program also includes the replacement of any missing diamonds up to 0.20 ctw.
